they should have done a date down prior to recording your deal.. this is a title company issue  but it sounds like they need to unravel it. hopefully you used a substantial attorney firm if you indeed closed with one of those and not a national title company

The deal unraveled and someone else purchased it...I am the last person to pass the blame for lost opportunity, without question my lack of experience resulted in this outcome.

Again I have a solid structure in place but when I got to the point of closing the deal it was uncharted territory and everything  unraveled.

I don't know why my post has gotten you unraveled. 

This is my second transaction in the past six months that has unraveled so as you can imagine, it can be a little deflating but.....I'm not giving up.

Are most flipped homes a pandora's box of house repairs just waiting to unravel?? 

About 90 days in, I started to unravel numerous lame management practices and then really started persistently telling both companies to pull it together or else.

As you know we have been seeing that here in Chicago and it is still not 100% unraveled. 

I'm just starting to unravel this problem myself but I do know that an LLC is not a tax structure, it's a legal structure.

The repeated extentions would have me believe they are trying to unravel this whole thing.
