Hey all, my name is Cory Lucas, and I'm new to BP as of a few months ago (was looking for podcasts to listen to on my way to and from work, boy did I find some good ones :-D, full time father, part time Registered Nurse :) Kidding, I work full time as a Nurse, but my one true passion that is unquestioned in my life is being a father. 

@Kerry Baird Hmm, the link I saw was for 2 plots of land, a nursery garden business live/work situation featured in a Clint Eastwood movie and possibly another house in South Augusta?

I did the design work and got plants on clearance at the nursery and worked alongside them to do the physical labor.

Plus the guy put up an wall in my basement and is using it as a nursery (just furring strips and hard board but a partition none the less)I really do not want anything to do with this guy.

I grew up on a 5 acre nursery in Southern California, before moving away.  

i mistakenly assumed my buyers agent would, due to fiduciary responsibility, protect me and make sure all bases were covered since i was too busy trying to meet the 1031 exchange deadline...i unquestioningly trusted his instructions ...big mistake!..
