Well, if there isn't anything on the market that provides such then, as a real estate oriented/AI programmer, I want to undertake that "impossible" mission and materialze it.

Turns out because i sent the email from my company email they assumed it was a commercial undertaking.

I feel the need to point out that I know this is still an undertaking that requires a great deal of work and knowledge; I don't want anyone to get the idea that I'm looking to "get rich quick" or anything of that nature.

I understand that it would be a serious undertaking with rezoning, permitting, etc, so I'm in need of some assistance from an investor/contractor familiar with the process in Boston.I would love to hook up with a contractor that's willing to take on the job and work through the process with me. 

Undertaking all of the costs associated with the investing side, rent, PM, etc.
