i would only suggest it if the kitchen is unbearably small. if it is big enough that tenants will be comfortable enough then leave it there, but if it is so small that it will increase turnover, then moving them may be beneficial. otherwise, I agree with above comments

One plus is my electric is included in the price of rent ... but it’s unbearable to stay at home .... constantly sweating inside the house.. only an area where the vent is obviously can you find a coolness breeze other than that it’s feels like an oven... what can I do ?

I know that's not a solid reason for disqualifying people but I have two AMAZING tenants in there now and it's important to me that all the tenants deal with each other ok as I had an unbearable tenant just leave and she made the whole building miserable.

I agree with Jim, but sanding anything other than a slab door is so tedious and time consuming as to be nearly unbearable.....hence my comment to just replace the door...
