The big buyers that are larger companies handle everything in house once under contract but ultra high net worth individuals expect you to help them with everything along the way.    

One thing I also agree with Grant Cardone on is that you want to be in a market that has some appeal and exposure to the rich, especially the international ultra wealthy. 

I had some of the home depot traffic master ultra click lock installed in a retail store for two years then took it up and re-installed it in a rental.

Jess i am a Lone Wolf out here lol, and i shouldn't play that role all the time but it be nice to have a partner with me to get some things done, im already in a bunch of these Facebook groups, i ask around & facebook marketing just doesn't work for me Craigslist ultra sucks with marketing so im just doing my best to market and find deals that make sense and are reasonable.

Though, even within Mid-City, there are a few ultra wealthy areas. 

I have to have an ultra clear picture of their financial capability and where the money is coming from along with is their buying criteria realistic or are they searching for a 1 in 10,000 property that 50 buyers will offer on when it hits the market? 

They barely pass muster as ultra short-term trading instruments. 

We do not play by the same rule book as the ultra wealthy, alas.
