Instead of making a new software package and having to deal with bugs and troubleshooting, why not go for one of the many good free CRM packages out there?

I choose average type of appliance and don't permit ice makers. but I don't have high end units.I replace as needed, if they need fixing I don't usually mess with it unless I can trouble shoot and figure out the problem, I get new delivered and they take the old.

try sending emails directly between the accounts bypassing the CL email.this will help troubleshoot the issue.

Does anyone have any advice on how to troubleshoot this issue with future clients and how accurate can these services be if I run into this problem at least much more than I anticipated?
