They are asking to see the space so they don't wind up jumping from the frying pan to the fire.

Got lowball offers or ones that did not pan out so i went with the long-term rental option which is working great.

Now as far as unplugging toilets just call a rooter and write a check.

But that’s going to be toilets, faucets, leaks, garage doors, etc etc. 

With these, campers would be expected to bring their own composting/camp toilets and basically pack out what they pack in similar to dispersed National Park camping. 

These people do not know how to replace light bulbs, unclog a toilet, or find their a$$ w/both hands.   

If their kid shoves a pair of leggings down the toilet and clogs it (yes, this has happened), then they are responsible for fixing it.

However, as we sit here in mid-November, we see that this didn’t pan out.

We have people complain about everything from unclogging a toilet they clogged, sending picture of their poop, to not knowing how to do easy stuff that they SHOULD know how to do to one girl who has locked herself out 5 times.
