I've really had to be cognisant of my mindset to make sure I didn't get too high or too low and to look at things holistically so if I have a setback that it doesn't thwart momentum.

This structure helps thwart the lawsuit before its filed.Also, insurances are a good first line of defense, but aren't a good enough defense for me to rely on exclusively.

A story about a business owner who is trying to provide safe, decent housing for people in the area, thwarted by the city's lack of attention, is a good one and will likely turn some heads. 

But once Covid dies or gets thwarted by vaccines/medications etc, the safety angle changes and we normalize.

But, you will be entering with your key, even if nobody answers the door.I'd send that notice by ever possible means you have - text, email, phone, notice on the door with a photo and witness, everything you can think of.I'd probably also video record going to the door and going in and/or any conversation you have with them when you get there.If they do something that deliberately thwarts your effort to enter, like they change the locks or whatever, then I'd give them a 3 day notice anyway.By the way, this is a great book.  

LOL.And oddly, some church folk think normal mankind rules don't apply to them, because they're doing God's work, so how can you thwart them!

I thought of installing a hidden camera, but the area is pretty small and stark, so really not too many good places to disguise or hide it.I have ordered a cage for a new detector, but if they are willing to disable a detector to break the rules, they probably wouldn't be thwarted much by a cage.
