Focus is a superpower.

I am house hacking right now and it is a super powerful strategy! 

Being an introvert is kind of a like a superpower, because when it comes to showings,  I know I don't want to talk that much, so I do a full flyer with all the questions potential tenants may ask, but it allows me to really focus on body language. 

It's NOT.In my opinion, this is one of the superpowers of real estate investing, and I just learned it on accident.

One of my superpowers while investing in real estate is my ability to identify and prepare properties for Active Duty Soldiers because as a former Active Duty Soldier myself, and I appreciate the lifestyle of always moving and deploying.

Also, I would recommend you determine what your super power is. 

And while you may hate VCs, what happens to tech industry -- including millions of jobs, comprising over $2T in GDP, and securing the our position as a world superpower -- should they just go away?

Because of the insane amount of niche knowledge they have, it is basically like gaining super powers.

I don’t think the market will go down but of course the only way to know if it will or won’t is access to time travel or super powers.

Good gravy...not only would I not compensate these two for anything (you have certainly gone the whole mile addressing some of these admittedly minor complaints) I wouldn't renew their lease when it comes time to do so.These two are a pain...and appear to have super powers in determining that the fridge/freezer is "about to go".
