They are encouraging people to take money from their retirement accounts and using it to buy properties, not that I am am opposed to this, however, I felt it was a bit strange that they mentioned this kind of financing would use a 5/1 arm.

Hey @DaVontaye Jordan - lots to unpack here but I agree, its strange for the landlord or property management to not provide a ledger or atleast a break down of the balance that may be owed so you can decipher how much you're truly owing.

It is strange era :- massive job loss in tech but highest real eatate price- lot of layoffs but stock all time high- residential real estate all time high with LP investor going for bankruptcy - there is no company receiving large order but stock is all time high hahahahathe true dysfunctional dystopian economic that we live in today , even hard to understand by the actor itself.
