Why would you leave that to your crappy smart phone pics?

I use rentredi, for the most part it’s great, affordable easy to use, and it’s integrated with latchel which is pretty cool. but a couple of my issues with it are, there’s no way for a tenant to access and pay on a desktop, only smartphone app.

As for managing them remotely, you are going to need to have in your smartphone address book the names and numbers of reliable contractors and/or handymen that can take care of things as they happen.

DocuSign is about $100 a year and easy sign is $120 a year, and the package for PDF is $120 a year, the free version does not work on smart phones.

Amazingly stupid.Re local banks;  use your smart phone map app. 

I went into my PM brokerage account (using my smart phone) and placed a simple trade at noon today.

The basic functionality of the August is it mounts to the existing lock on the inside(still uses existing keys on the outside) and operates via Bluetooth from a smartphone app.

Funds show up in our business account 1 day later.We factor their fees into the rents when we market our vacant properties.They have a Web portal as well as smartphone apps for iPhone and Android devices.We also require tenants submit all repair requests via their app or website.While it may sound like it, I am not an employee of theirs, nor do I receive any compensation for making a referral.

As an update, the current tenants were willing to create a "virtual tour" for us. they basically walked around the house and took video on a smart phone.
