Ibrahim Hughes Anyone got a good Online Fax Service?
2 August 2024 | 18 replies
But it ran out of ink and I've spent the last 2 years trying to find a reason to buy more laser 'ink' for it.I think I will look deeper into Chris Goulart's and J Scott's suggestion with MyFax along with HelloFax as suggested by Ben Bakhshi - I actually signed up with HelloFax a few days ago for their free online signature feature and didn't even think about them for the incoming and outgoing faxes.I'm re-ordering business cards and figured now is a good time to change my fax number and get out of being double-billed for fax services.Rob K - Thanks buddy but I don't want to get tied down to Comcast to a point where I will lose my number if I decide I no longer want to pay for TV I don't even watch - lol.And Bridget D. - LOVE the quote!
Linda Roberts What is the standard paperwork at the end of a tenancy?
31 July 2024 | 1 reply
Specifically, anything indicating that the lease is completed and both sides have no claims or issues with each other. There's no "standard" agreement that I'm aware of, but we've done a bilateral "Termination of Rental Agreement" when we wanted to document that a tenant has officially moved out, that there are no outstanding funds owed, and that there are no claims or issues. These agreements are particularly useful when doing "cash for keys" with a tenant.I would keep it simple: State in the document exactly what you want to establish as facts, and then run it by an attorney for good measure.I'd also recommend requiring the tenant's signature be notarized.
