I haven't spent much time there but from what I hear, there is an abundance of opportunity, the ocean is 2-3 hours east and some of the nicest mountain scenery is 3-4 hours west, plus a lot of green space within minutes.

I love it here, the people, the scenery, the endless options of activities, and of course the market here as an agent is great!

Cost of living is definitely less than Queens, the weather is nice, the scenery is beautiful (you can see the Great Smokey Mountains), and Tennessee doesn't have state income tax.

Can you be specific on how that would work in this sceneries?

The first thing that brought me to Colorado was the beautiful mountains and scenery, and once I got to Denver I absolutely fell in love with it.

Duchman winery is a personal favorite, the neighboring Italian restaurant is a delight, and the scenery is suburb.  

People have a need to get out and get a change of scenery once in a while, even more when times are hard and they are stressed and depressed (see Covid).

The scenery will likely be much less impressive during the winter and spring (out here our sunflower fields are just a giant expanse of dirt then, LOL!)
