We as human beings wax romantic about the "lone wolf" but even successful wolves hunt in packs.

Let's see- great subject for all of us who dream romantic dreams of owning rental homes...* Had a murder in one of my homes* One tenant left urine and feces in the refriderator, finding that only after walking the path of boxes and newspapers pile to the ceiling* bought two homes that would have been great three blocks over, instead had looky-loos steal the air conditioner and neighbors who greeted any new potential tenant with beer, fists and verbal abuse..Just to name a few

Example: I have a small cabin that is 2 bedrooms and is promoted as a romantic getaway.

If you want in the industry get a job in the industry apprentice then move up the ladder like most folks do in life... the idea or romantic idea that you can just sprinkle holy water on a real estate deal and turn your life around etc etc.. is just folly.. 

I do not appreciate you calling me by nicknames, particularly nicknames of a more romantic nature.

Just make sure to remind them that they are ALL on the lease and have to adhere to it regardless of romantic situations.

Market it as a peaceful and romantic getaway for couples.4.
