My original idea was a couple's retreat, but with so much land, I can section it off with different themes to include groups of adults and not just couples.

That's still conservative as we should be able to get to 70% occupancy with social media, new website, reaching out to travel agents, wedding planners, retreat organizers, etc.

There’s no room for you to retreat, if longterm is not doable.

We focus on couples retreats and weddings.I have spent many years flipping single family homes in the Bloomington Indiana area.

My partner and I have been growing our business and I feel like we need an advisor or need to take a retreat to help us plan for the long term.

If consumer confidence retreats and spending dwindles as a result, the economy does not have many other sources of growth to fall back on, which could precipitate a new recession as the factory sector remains in the doldrums after taking a hit during the trade conflict with China.

Although there will likely be some effect on the housing market, a retreat, recession, whatever you want to call it, the cause might be different, but the fundamentals of what you should (or should not do) are always the same.

This will be a great period of time for aggressive investors and agents to grow their online presence while many others retreat from normal business development activities.For those of you whose incomes have been &/or will be impacted, what are you doing to mitigate the impact of current events on your personal and business finances? 

I ended up spending my shelter in place order and much of the early Covid Pandemic in this little mountain retreat.
