Real Estate Advisor OR Retreat (WA)

Does anyone know of a real estate "buy and hold" advisor in the state of Washington?  My partner and I have been growing our business and I feel like we need an advisor or need to take a retreat to help us plan for the long term. Topics include re-financing, debt repayment and/or growth strategy (when to stop), etc. 

Does anyone know of an incubator program, retreat, or local advisor that is geared toward the real estate investor?  Any ideas?  I'm looking for 1-on-1 type conversation to help strategize, not seminars.  Send a PM, I'm located in Edmonds, WA.  Thanks.
