The VA normally only restores the benifit upon the sale of the house. 

You could refi your current VA loan and switch it to conventional and restore your entitlement to buy a new home.

hello group, I am actually a contractor in dallas/fort worth area and help commercial clients in the insurance restoration industry, we pretty much make there insurance companies pay for new roofing, siding, etc whatever applies. 

It took the restorations specialist something like two weeks to catalogue all of it.

For a 10" sewer line ballpark $90 per linear foot, for 8" line consider $75 plf, estimate sewer easements at $20 plf plus repair and restoration costs.

Additionally, home had been neglected for a while but with a few good hands-on deck it was restored to its intended beauty.

I called restoration company and they assured to reach within 2 hrs.

Homes have been renovated & restored, new homes built, jogging trails that are actually safe to use, etc.Sometimes you can find potential where no one else sees it.

Restoration company, with a $500 deductible for home insurance, is drying and working on fixing tile that is water damaged, grout that has eroded, drywall that needs replaced, etc etc.We have about a dozen examples of issues similar to this.
