It’s refreshing to have a touch of it, like a nice framed map of the white mountains or framed photos of the area, but to overall have a fresh and clean and crisp look is a very smart choice.  

It was refreshing to work with someone who understands investors and has a variety of loan products available for more complicated financing. 

I'd offer different packages, such as purchasing furniture and supplies, doing actual set-up, refreshing an already-furnished rental, doing marketing, etc.

I would just refresh my Redfin 4-5x day and when you find that deal you email the listing agent and snatch it away.

It is always nice to get a refresher and another perspective.

It is refreshing for someone to encourage (but caution) finding a good HML.

@Katelyn Vittitow We tend to keep sending the same thing to the same list for 6months or until we refresh the list.

I would say  refresh your marketing and reduce the price to just under your competition.
