Hello Everyone,I bought a home back in January 2024 using my FHA loan and I received a call from Atlantic Capital Funding saying that I could FHA streamline (interest reduction) from my 6.625% to 5.7% and could even get two mortgage payments covered, (allegedly).

The appraisal price estimation I imagine the price estimate is the most valuable but when it is at value are there any other details in the appraisal report that can be used for a price reduction?

Tough pill to swallow because the rate I currently have vs what I would be refinancing into... so not sure it's the right move for me yet.
