Pretty much anything else (and yes this includes so called prestigious "State Schools" such as Michigan, Texas, Virginia, UCLA, etc.) and it more depends on what you studied and where you did your grad school work at.

The community also features a sparkling resort-style pool and spa.

Maybe little by little that will sparkle some interest on the subject of wealth. 

I was going to begin in a real estate masters program at what is to be considered a prestigious university, but instead desire to learn directly from someone who is already doing what I desire to and is willing to push me, Coach me, willing to understand my dreams, and desires, and who has built a business in which I can emulate.

@Jeremy MattsonNot to be Debbie Downer, but I'm betting you get hammered on your value.If you've got all these new beautiful houses in a sparkling subdivision and your house is a duplex built in the 60's, you're not really comparable. 

Crime definitely exists in and near the neighborhood, but one of the world's most prestigious universities (the University of Chicago) is also right there (in Hyde Park and Woodlawn).

I am currently employed as an assistant superintendent here in Chicago for a prestigious construction general contractor here.

I leave some toilet paper, sparkling apple cider (instead of alcohol), and a handwritten welcome note.

When I purchased originally the appraiser had a hard time giving an ARV of 1.35 million, but I knew people were going to continue getting pushed out of the inner more prestigious (and more expensive) willow glen streets and would ultimately push this area of willow glen up in value.
