The area was without power, materials were delayed in reaching job sites and the city inspectors were not at full capacity as the City was shut down as well.

I would say you need to play to your strengths, whatever those might be.

Playing small won’t serve you or your family.

So seems like a decent play for cash flow but not much for appreciation.

Well I have seen this come into play - I had someone who has a note in florida that was a non-owner occupied loan and the lender claims the borrower failed to make payments on this and attempted to record the deed in lieu.
