Hey Nathan, I think you can buy an AxiDraw machine, the pitfall is that you might have to switch postcard by postcard for the machine, I'm not sure.

The homeowners may come up with what's needed to stop the foreclosure this time, but may want to unload their house anyway in the very near future.I'm now looking for someone in my area who's experienced in dealing with pre-foreclosures who can mentor/partner with us through the first couple of deals.An associate of mine who's been wholesaling for 10+ years has done extremely well in his area with direct mail postcards, so that's something else you can try.

Offline includes doing yellow letters, post cards, bandit signs, news paper ads, etc.There's an abundance of material on BP regarding all the methods I've mentioned, so just type in the search box which method you'd like to learn more about and learn that method really well before trying other forms of marketing.

Remember, everybody loves being treated like royalty.In terms of finding deals that offer the numbers that you're looking for, I would send out yellow letters and postcards consistently, have the right conversations with sellers, and you'll find what you're looking for.
