It is wise to have an experienced contractor look at the foundation, the pluming and heating systems, the electrical system and the general condition of the structure.  2.While that is being done you can assess the inside and see what the condition of the fixtures and carpets, floors, windows etc.

When I say minor I’m talking 2500$-3000 tops on pluming.

Cost to install the plumbing, electric, tie into building pluming for the washer drain, etc.

It turned out there was a pluming leak in the wall and the water was seeping all the way to the middle of the room.

Just things like paint/gutters rehung/ pluming leaks/handyman work.I had a guy do some work on my house last year because he outbid 4 other guys.

For example:-The parking lot/driveway needs to be resurfaced -Water heater will need to be replaced-Pluming is currently galvanized which from what I understand will need to be replaced with copper -roof, etcIs there an insurance policy that I can get that will cover me for those maintenance/repair expenses that I foresee ?
