@Grace TapfumaI wouldn't sell a perfectly fine business to get capital to invest in real estate unless there are indicators thats time to move on to something else.

Another "perfect storm of uncontrollable events".With both failed deals they are pointing blame on poor performance from the companies they hired to manage the property and to do the renovations, which raises a few questions:1) how can/should LPs perform due diligence on these to be hired companies?

One of the investors closed last night, and luckily I have the perfect property that meets their needs.

In 2023 before I invested any funds, each and every time that I spoke with their representatives, I asked as my FIRST question if Norada Capital Management had ever missed any interest or principal payments, and was always told the same thing by their representatives, that Norada had a perfect payment/reimbursement history.

I think it would fit my situation perfectly  We're working on our MI State license and should have it up and running in a couple months.
