Adding paint and replacing flooring is not going to add much value in the typical case.

Until he wasn't.Sometimes people change due to pressures we don't see, and sometimes people are just like m&ms . . . dark on the inside with pretty painted shells. 

Some need new furnaces, flooring, and paint.

Tile done, trim done, final painting happening as well.

And I may get multiple bids for the same work, like multiple paint bids, multiple roof bids, multiple flooring bids, etc.

Give your property a makeover, a fresh coat of paint.

We usually do any touch-up paint while we are there also.

The building was vacant as we are remodeling the first floor and had just finished painting the 2nd and 3rd floors and were in the process of qualifying tenants to move in the following week.
