This has been my experience based upon owning/operating a offshore electronics manufacturing concern for 15+ years and it has been repeated on countless occasions during my real estate tenure.

I need funding in 5 stages. 1st stage start up 25k to set up "offshore" corporation and establish the ability to purchase these properties. 2nd stage 60 days after 1st stage funding 400k-1mil to buy 1st property. 3rd stage 60 days after 2nd stage funding 400k-1mil to buy 2nd property. 4th stage 60 days after 3rd stage funding 400k-1mil to buy 3rd property. 5th stage 60 days after 4th stage funding 400k-1mil to buy 4th property.

There are restrictions in CA, especially offshore.

So you then had locals teaming with AU resellers and GB resellers picking this stuff up in 09 to 2011 or so for 5 to 10k then selling it to those off shore for 70 to 80k and many times never rehabbing them like they said they would.. tenant base is a mess..

Offshore employees that aren't as diligent or responsive.

We have a local supplier who provides a couple of lines of cabinets (made offshore) which have plywood boxes and soft closers at a very reasonable price.  

We're also wanting to know what's your VA experience when it comes to offshore resources vs. onshore resources.

I am working in a Development called Il Lago and would like to ask you guys how do you feel about offshore investments, because I'm planning on launching a Google Ad words Campaign. 

High end has not recovered much off shore (Linwood, etc.) but on the other end of the island (margate, longport) they developing like crazy.
