If you have statewide landlord/rental websites on Facebook you could join them and see if any of those sites ever have renters posting what they want to rent like the New Hampshire sites do.

NH is the same but I can’t really think of a good market with prices like you have been quoted in the other posts.

Take a look at the lakes region area of NH. 

It was a discussion during our site plan approval but they were satisfied with what we proposed and why.....I guess that is the difference with small town NH
