I coded ledger software for tracking tenant payments, then a module to organize up checking out prospectives - then a module for maintenance - then one for maintaining the Rent Rolls.

I have been through plenty of investing workshops and sat through plenty of online modules for real estate investing.

It is an accounting software package that comes in modules.

There is much more than the house that will be required to make this work, meaning more costs than just the price of the module that the factory sends you. 

Although I do think property tax's being what they are in Texas is modulate the values somewhat?? 

We use Rent Manager, which has a great accounting module, but it's expensive.
