Food in fridge is from April this year and it basically looks like someone was half way through moving out and then something happened and so a bunch of stuff is still in house. specifically one room filled with about 10 burner phones, 3 tvs, personal clothes, mail, kids personal items and bunch of random stuff new with tags, etc etc. he also had pets which was against lease term. one of the rooms was used as a pet room completely destroying carpet and staining walls with urine etc.

Color suggestions for LVP to go with Navajo White walls
1 November 2024 | 8 replies
I think Navajo White and white goes well with renters tan carpet in some bedrooms in some rentals.I did A study mockup of @Johann Jells beautiful bay window room in close to those colors.Windows like that to me seem very calming and serene, especially upstairs I like them (which was my motivation to re color the pic a little. And if you want you can picture me sitting in one of those chairs with a cup of coffee and a good book--because that is where I'd probably be.Good Luck!

And most will be able to pay the taxes when they come due, and put on a new roof, and put on a new coat of paint. As well as replace the carpets, cut the grass on a regular basis, replace the windows, reseal the chimneys when the liners crack, etc..It's unlikely that that these homes will fall into the slum category in 10 years or so, and make the asset underlying the loan virtually worthless.Or just vanish when the place starts to fall apart too much, due to no down-payment (no skin in the game 100% loans).Said the lawmakers who approved this.
