There are many here in my local area and your area is likely to have the same type of meetings.Most of the deals that I fund are by meeting investors in person at these groups and creating strong relationships. 

You can talk to him / his team in the monthly meeting but they're on an agenda so don't expect to much one-on-one type support there.  

I've sat on city council meetings where a county will straight up say they can make changes to the laws, but they don't have the resources to actually enforce them.

I purchased this 8-week Momentum package two weeks ago and am still waiting for the Zoom Meeting information, as it starts tomorrow at 2:00 p.m.

Yes, these are great for meeting people and networking and learning.

You'll be waiting a looooong time for a tenant to meet that criteria.Same goes for conviction & eviction histories:Class A - never (actually they fall off after 7-10 years)Class B - not in last 5 yearsClass C - not in last 3 years

Hey nice to meet you PatrickI forgot to say that I’m an out of state investor but definitely want to come and join meetups I’m new to this market and thinking to invest on west Columbia, Lexington and Greenville on the northeast.
