Deposit is non refundable (unless I as seller  cannot close) If you are really a "Cash buyer" that having the cash to put down for a decent size deposit shouldn't be a problem.

Because those people don't make anything until there buyer BUYS, so that's what we will do, that's what I a LISTING agent do, I know how to LIST and market to get maximum buyer potential, not just "my" pocket buyers so i can scavenge all the $ from your sale as possible.
