I’m planning to do this for 3 multifamily properties all located in MA, each ranging from 2 to 4 units.

I am located in Arizona and have been in manufacturing for 20+ years while my brother is an experienced contractor based in California. 

Property is on an acre lot so units are separated and very private making it a great house hack.Located next to Benderson Park which makes it a great location for STRing the guest house.
