Would it be preferable to maybe place a big piece of art on the mantel, fresh flowers on the island?

This allowed for the room to truly be bigger and more functional.Replaced the shower, vanity and lighting in the master bath and tiled the floor and shower.Replaced the vanity and lighting and tiled the flower and shower.

Ducks cash flowers have to be in bad Waipahu,  bad Kalihi, Nanakuli, or Waianae. 

The detail around the landscaping is that she never maintained the flower beds.  

I'd buy a home that's next to a nursery growing random flowers but never next to a weed grow-house. 

the few that I can think of that turn heads gave hold square shaped signs in front which to me says "business" versus rounded softer signs that look more like housing. just a thought too, a boutique bakery or flower shop could be a good fit as the house could add to a "home baked" or "grandma's house" type of feel. best of luck

It has been a consistent cash flower for the last 5 years w/ no issues.It is on E Grant for those familiar w/ Orlando SODO, between Orange and Delaney Park.As-is, property is worth approx. $300k to the market as a good guess.
