We have a post and pillar foundation house in east Grays Harbor county that needs some leveling and removal of rotten beams.  

Hey Ali,Sloped floors are typically from either the foundation settling or beams/joists damage.

I had them give me a bid for a house with a pier/beam foundation to replace some of the posts that were in disrepair.

The appraiser found the hud tag on the i-beams when he did his inspection.This was never disclosed either before or after signing the purchase & sale agreement and nothing was said about it in the building inspection.So a few questions:1.  

The electrical wiring is a mess, there is significant evidence of water intrusion, and there are improperly installed support beams.

I think it makes sense to do direct marketing with laser focus.

If you said wholesale because you need some 'faster' cash that's also ok.Just know that take all of those business models take laser sharp focus in each discipline to really get traction.Bouncing around business models is the sure fire way to get frustrated.  

(We had a slab foundation but I would imagine pier and beam with wood subfloors and floors would dry just like the framing will).

We're going to compare the cost of dirt/slab vs pier and beam though.We did get money from FEMA for our personal residence, but it will only cover windows, siding and flooring.
