Reminders to bump the temps, open sink cabinet & bathroom doors (heat circulation to key areas), drip the faucets, etc.

We get to see so much of the world, we can easily spread our investments around a bunch of stable areas or focus on a few key areas that we like best.

I'm currently discussing this with my lender, builder, etc. but definitely looking for advice in a few key areas.1. 

How do these heavily marketed turn key areas compare  with a bit of an outlier like An Arbor?

I would create a list like others have mentioned with key areas such as oven/stove must be cleaned, fridge, shower area, etc.
