We are considering investing in Houston as foreign investors (from Belgium), our goal is to find and start with a long-term rental single or multi family home.

He's an educator and does make money selling education, but like most of the others doing this, he began by doing deals.

While it sounds really good they don't charge a monthly PM fee, they're making money somewhere. 

If you want to spend the money you can consider triple pane.
