I would like to know if you can recommend a MF syndicator/ company who has a great track record, honest, reliable, w/ integrity and will have the investors best interest in mind, experienced! 

If you are looking to passively invest I would recommend finding a company that is vertically integrated so you have one main point of contact from start to finish.

I find that Bigger Pockets is a very high integrity/character company and generally does a wonderful job of weeding out the huckster gurus peddling their wares to folks that need a shortcut.

It sounds to me like CR is one of those operators who does not operate with integrity.

And taking on defunct K-mart brand to, you guessed it, integrate ai for an online only relaunch..... 

That shows integrity and a prioritization of customer satisfaction.

I want to make the best decision while honoring my agreements and maintaining professional integrity in this deal.
