I used a draft from the instructor from a Coursera course I took.

The instructor will be talking about seller financing and subject-to purchases.

@Reid Knight Most "student armies" @Brian Burke is speaking about is where instructors will hold seminars or provide coaching to a group of lesser experienced investors (students) promising to help them with their first deal once the student finds it.

The instructor stressed the purpose of the course was not to make us lawyers, but to permit us to discuss our business issues intelligently with lawyers.

The instructors were phenomenal and made the material much more memorable by providing real-life examples.

The instructor of my buy and hold class is not an attorney, either.
