Is there any great lawyers out there that can help all of us sue the hell out of them.

My lawyer told me that it is better do that your own home is protected if you have a problem regarding your rental property 

Talk this over with a lawyer because under current state law, you will not be able to evict due to the cold.

Taking this a step further:  Bring in Indian, Bangladeshi and Pakistani new immigrants to share the rooms. 

You just need a very savvy real estate agent, a  lawyer, a title company and a good relationship with the lender.

Luckily, I have everything documented.I had my lawyer review the contract, and he told me that in his entire career, he’s never seen a contract so one-sided in favor of the company.

Hindsight and a few decades of experience has taught me that with a good lawyer I would have been in the clear completely.

The state will get its pound of flesh and my liabilities were better managed by executing perfect permitted work and excellent insurance.I'd sincerely recommend having a savvy CPA, Lawyer & Insurance broker.

6) Finding a lease that complies with all federal, state and local requirements--Do not be cheap-- get one from a lawyer in your state.
