Seems smart but humble. 

Compared to other major California cities, Sacramento is by far the friendliest, in my humble opinion. 

Mi humble advice: Keep learning and moving forward.

Also would like to make humble successful entrepreneurial friends who are ministry minded or just wise and not self indulgent.Sure would enjoy learning more about finding an affordable management company and exit strategies.  721 or RE funding collectives dont interest me.  

Both of these gentlemen take excellent care of their humble abodes & we have no intention or need to raise their rents.

Great strategy that should be highly considered in my humble opinion. 

While you might not cashflow on it right away, it can be a better way to grow wealth given the opportunity to leverage a higher amount of the purchase price since you'd be an owner occupant, and Los Angeles is (in my extremely humble opinion) more likely to experience appreciation in the long run than a cheaper market, therefore generating more wealth to continue investing with.

:) It did help , I saw that I can make the LLC in Wyoming its not gonna be expensive and they provider that  am going to use provide with a relay back account I think that's the bank name I know its not gonna be the best but it gonna give me a humble start non the less

Lastly, it’s not usually in your benefit to let anyone know you own the property, if you act as a humble employee, just trying to keep your job and have everyone like you, no one will try to get over on you.
