I will move forward with my journey and just follow the positive people in this group that is amazing.I get the Ra RA Ra stuff.. just sometimes reality comes into play.. and its sad to see people run down these rabbit holes.. when those with decades of experience in the industry know better.. just trying to give both sides..   

The condo is located right near a hospital and McCormick place so we aren't do worried about it, but still a little annoying.From my understanding, the best place to do mid-term rental stuff is on www.furnishedfinder.com

Just some basic stuff you should try to follow if able.

Good stuff, it is a much different market today.

But anyone who books that is either going to pay next to nothing to be 25 minutes from all the stuff to do, OR, they will book it for the amenities and probably plan to stay in.Probably 90% of my guests in nashville have booked for location.

The stuff is sketchy. 

Four acres for a young family sounds like the stuff of cherished memories and endless possibilities.

I have several vehicles and lots of stuff in general and a wife that would not be ok with a duplex.  

Yes you can buy stuff over the counter however as said most of it will be junk.

Any other stuff that I should be aware of when trying to self-manage a property?
