Could any of you guide me on what I should do initially to secure financing?

Hey Bugger Pockets Community,I just finished reading Brandon Turner's book on investing with little to no money down (amazing book btw) and I am interested in knowing what are people's experience with MLO's and seller financing.

It could be worth reaching out to some local brokers to ask them, as they may be able to better guide you. 

However, i would like a person with multiple rentals to help guide me to avoid some simple mistakes.

How many struggle in there bookings, to find way around, ask "what is this corn-dog like thing"..... 

That's much further than most ever get.Have you read Coach Carson's book, The Small and Mighty Investor?

There is also the Tax Planning which is more involved.Perhaps you can clarify what you are looking for, you may not be sure if you need more than just one of the above,  a good Tax Accountant that works with investors and maybe has their own real estate would be able to guide you if you may need more than just some advice and mainly tax prep /filing.Best,Havital

But, I also think the access to information today: all the books, these forums, conferences, gurus on social media...
