On cement slab could last 100 years and Fusion grout is impervious to staining...claims to be.Lsminate...water risk...can scratch so supply felt pads...cheap...great clean hard pretty  floorVinyl plank...great...little more difficult install as it doesnt slide at the joints well but there are probablt tips out there  subfloor must be good.

Tile is the most durable floor and Fusion grout never stains or needs sealing and best if all, it is a consistant color because it is premixed so even a very dark grout has no efflourescence.

Eg. 1) Light switch on door jamb to turn on walk in closet light when door is opened. 2) I also always use Fusion grout...100% acrylic, never seal.I believe the lower price quadrant per property, the better return on bling.

When retiling tub surrounds I use fusion 100% acrylic grout because it shouldn’t stain, never needs sealing and has microban.
