I have no problem being generous, and I am a proven contractor just need a little extra capital to bring things into fruition. 

There is not rent cap so one of the first criteria will be to charge more, which is not going to help the people that the city council says they are trying to help.Originally the mayor talked about a program that would reward landlords who kept there rents at a reasonable rate, I don't know if it would be a cut on property taxes or what since we don't have state taxes but I would have been fine with that but it never came to fruition?!

While I don't necessarily disagree with you, that is hard for a non-local (or even a local) to say for sure ahead of time ... but it sure is easy to tell after the fact if it comes to fruition ... that is the time to snatch them up at fire sale prices.

If it comes to fruition that he indeed is involved with MLM Amway, then I agree he is absolute scum.

Now all I have to do is hope my projections come to fruition.

It would have to be with a restructuring where she doesn't have to deal with the mundane nonsense anymore and work on just the strategy parts she enjoys for the next few months until things come to fruition.  

As a resident, it is exciting to see a mixed use space come to fruition and I can certainly see that there is lots of potential.

Do you think the end part of that would not come to fruition?

I just get nervous when I see the numbers but I imagine with such low inventory and interest rates we are not going to see a large persistent price drop any time soon even if foreclosures flood the market later in the year.I am going to keep some cash in reserves and start reading up on investing in foreclosures in case this does come to fruition.
