*spare me the "you shouldn't go into business with friends" talk as we have a strong friendship and understanding amongst each other

I’m getting ready to start going to my local Michigan REIA meetings an start networking hopefully find some good long term friendships. 

Friendships fall apart about 80% of the time and you'll be caught dealing with the issues.3.

Many a friendship has been lost over deals that did not turn out as expected. 

Anyways I'm not here to praise or defend NRU, it is what it is, I've enjoyed it and some of the friendships I've created from it.

If things go wrong it could end a friendship.

It takes ALOT more work then your every day buyer and seller, but repeat business is worth its weight in gold, and friendship will last a lifetime.In this market, investors are the key to being successful, and this would e the site to meet them by my prediction. again, good luck!!

I've developed friendships with a number of my students, and am still in touch with a great many others on a regular basis.

If you can rent some rooms out WITH A VERY STRONG RENTAL AGREEMENT, remember this is a business, not a friendship, so much the better.
