There are very few side-by-side in this town.St Thomas is full of crappy houses, but do the footwork and you'll find brrrr options.

It has really been a hassle going back and forth with agents in order to do the footwork for you.

You can definitely start as a whole seller which will require more foot work but it will be less money out of pocket up front until you build up your capital to do those investments yourself.

I do believe Auction.com checks on liens and what not but the one we bid on we did we had to do the foot work. 

So many people today don’t want to do any footwork and just want everything spoonfed to them.
