Usually it is a relationship of trust that you use the realtor as mucjh as necessary to locate properties until tjey fond what you need.

I'm not to fond with Ellenwood but it's not a war zone area so you should be able to flip quick if priced right.

I am from Toronto, but I have fond memories of the Maritimes.

I have many fond memories hanging out downtown, at the malls, and even the library. 

Friction during the investment process is a bad thing and I am not sure that most accredited investors will ever be very fond of turning over their financial information or having third parties speak to their advisors about their financial situation.  

I also have a wife and son at home, and while they weren't fond of me leaving at 6-7am and getting home at 8-10pm, they will certainly love the vacation we'll be able to take =D.All of that being said, I wouldn't line up that type of deal back to back to back as it would end up taking a toll on me, and persona/family time is important to one's mental health.

When I went to school in upstate NY the bus would go through Norwich and I've always been very fond of the city.
