Like you I am a bit surprised that more directed branding (in order to gain recognition and build following/credibility) is not prevalent in REI.I was thinking of doing branding that would provide some context to the type of environment you'll find behind the door of a rental.For example, I was thinking of doing a TechHaus rental (3-4 bdr) in which I would cater to working professionals in the tech industry - with features such as whiteboard walls, connected home, and work stations.

So there should be no such thing as "forcing you into an office" since this might make you an employee vs. an independent contractor - something that most RE brokerages are not interested in doing as it will be fairly costly to them.b) Speak to as many brokers as you can because they are all set-up differently: Some brokers impose high monthly fees because they carry a national brand name, but may have other benefits to offer you such as good lead generations and strong brand recognition.

I consulted other affiliates, so I'm aware of their goals.Human nature, many volunteers want to be recognized, a subdivision brings more recognition, also more money from donors and plays well for these types of organizations.

No Bill don't know that guy. just because he has the same name doesn't mean its me. funny story though.I know, same name, same hair color, eyes, similar nose bridge and facial points, same area, that wild and crazy kid in the mug shot looked similar to you, but you changed your avatar picture, so now we can't just see a little weight loss.You might expect a bit of ribbing around town for awhile.
