We’ve noticed that three of the homes that have sold for comparable prices have been purchased by an older Asian gentleman who has come in and done minor rehab, and then rented out to what appears to be section 8 customers which has raised some eyebrows in our little community, but has put us in the mindset of that being a possible direction to go.

if yes, do they plan to continue living in the house.Personally, I think its a ****** idea.You can't get into real estate on your own and you would be asking for an approximate $100,000 loan from your parents.If there are siblings involved, they may give you the raised eyebrow on what you are doing with potentially their inheritance.
