I'm concerned that the delay is because of the holidays and I wont' be able to get the tenant out until the beginning of 2025. 

In a business, I’d say owner “net profits” (exclusive of any owner salary) of $200,000- $1 million.  

Each loan that we secure for our borrowers is originated and funded exclusively in-house.

Additionally, I'm hearing at meetups that this could extend to multi-fam under 4 units as well, although I haven't been able to confirm.I work exclusively with smaller investors in the multi family space and would be happy to chat more about it.

I am really inspired by people who a take something that 95% of other investors would pass on and make it work exclusively for them through sheer will and creativity even with bad market conditions. 

Take the $250,000 primary residence exclusion every two years .  

It's much cheaper and closer and they don't lose two entire days of their holiday week traveling.Obviously, this doesn't mean you can't make money if you have the right hotel at the right place to take advantage of the travel resurgence.
